Adelaide, SA – August 5, 2025 – Starting the weekend of Saturday, 2 August and Sunday, 3 August 2025, Adelaide Metro will fully close its entire tram network, followed by an extended six‑month partial closure of the Glenelg tram line to support critical infrastructure upgrades as part of the Tram Grade Separation Projects.

The 2025 World Championships will be held in Australia on the iconic and picturesque shores of the River Torrens in the city of Adelaide (Tarntanya), South Australia. The best 192 men and women from around the globe will compete in this beach volleyball spectacle from 14 to 23 November.
